I made homemade butter.

It was rediculously easy with my food processor. Took about ten minutes. (I stopped it halfway through to scoop out some whipped cream for my pancakes.) No attachments, just the normal blades on my cuisinart. I will probably never buy butter again. It’s cheaper to make, and I can control how much I have at one time instead of freezing it, which doesn’t seem to work very well for me. I used one pint of heavy whipping cream and it made almost a stick’s worth of butter(Minus the whipped cream) and a little more than 1/2 cup of buttermilk(which was also used for the pancakes). I rinsed it once with cold water and pressed out some of the cxcess liquid, which keeps it fresh longer, but I didn’t spend too much time on that part. I didn’t want my breakfast to get cold.

I love you because you used the interrobang properly. This is what it’s like to date a nerd.

  • Cory: 80's butt rock.
  • Me: Were they gay?
  • Cory: NO. Not every reference to the ass means someone wants to stick a penis in it.

DVORAK

OK, Alien might be a bit strong of a word. If you’re used to typing on a QWERTY keyboard, like 99% of computer users, the below image feels really odd; However, the dvorak key positions are based around the letters used most often in the english language. It’s easier to reach the more common keys, and thus easier to type quickly and efficiently. At least, it will be, after I learn it well enough. (this post took way too long.)
